Bari chief town pugliese is a rich town of places and historical costructions like the ancient borgo, the Swabian Castle, the square Mercantile, the Palazzo of Sedile, the Colonna of the Giustizia; characteristic also its grips roads where there are buildings with walls whitewashed to lime. Notable also the sea and its beaches and the wonderful coasts like Polignano to Mare and Monopoli. Moving towards the hinterland the landscape is verjuice, characterized from a thick vegetation of almond-trees and olive-trees that prosper on a Karst ground. Can not be lacking a visit to "trulli" of Alberobello, round resides of '700 with roof in stones to plates, declared of the Unesco property world of the humanity. The pugliese kitchen is based essentially on the products of the agricolture and of the fishing, main local resorces of the territory.
