Region is known for the marine localities and the three large National Parks: in Abruzzo almost one third of the total surface is natural reserve. There is no place better than here for the lovers of trips, for who is fascinated with wild plants and wild animals, to admire pure landscapes and to enjoy yourself with a splendid sea. Abruzzo is a region in central Italy lying just 70 miles east of Rome and bordering Marche to the north, Lazio to the west and south-west, Molise to the south-east and the Adriatic Sea to the east. Although geographically a central region, from a cultural and economical point of view it part of the Mezzogiorno or Southern Italy.
This small region is a pearl between Campania to the west, Calabria to the south and Puglia to the east, in the extremity south of Italy, surrounded by the two seas, the mouth of five rivers, high mountains raise on its territory. Towns have rich of story, monuments, art and archeology, for example.. And you do not ignore the dishes of this region that also imitated all over the world, for example lasagna,tortellini, piadine,the best ham and the good wines. This region is surrounded with the warm welcome and the friendly people.
The easter italian region, the north part has a tormented history that related to politics and its boundaries; appears on a splendid sea that demotes gently and, in the immense lagoon where still we can admire the flight of the wild swans, cormorants and hawks of marsh. Also here, like all other regions of Italy, we have to appreciate the wines, the craftsmanship and the gastronomic products. A lot of things to see, a lot places to visit, between the Carnia and the altopiano of the Carso for the fascinated geology (sadly well-known also for the battles that during the first World War and the partisan resistance). Friuli-Venezia Giulia borders the region of Veneto to the west, the republics of Austria and Slovenia to the north and east, and the Adriatic Sea to the south.

Marche is in the center of Italy, faces on the Adriatic and brags its seaside localities, characterized by the mild climate and large beaches perfectly supplied. Visiting the the inland through a thriving country that gives way to the majesty of the Sybilline Mountains and the Monti della Laga, that are parts of the National park of the Gran Sasso. Region with rich history and archaeological sites disposes all ingredients for a cultural vacation and amusement. Marche is located in the Central area of the country, bordering Emilia-Romagna and the republic of San Marino to the north, Tuscany to the north-west, Umbria to west, Abruzzo and Lazio to the south, and the Adriatic Sea to the east.
